کوپلینگ تیپE شلنگ خور  (  TypeE hose nipple ) یک نوع کوپلینگ گوشواره ای است که ساختاربیرون شلنگ خور  دارد و قطعه ثانوی بیرون آن پیچ می‌شود که به همین دلیل به این قطعه از کوپلینگ قسمت نری میگویند. این قطعه با قسمت نری خود چفت شده و اتصال را کامل می‌کند. کوپلینگ تیپ C در جنس های آلومینویم ، استیل ضدزنگ و برنج تولید و عرضه می‌شود.

 
کوپلینگ ها بطور کلی از نظر شیوه باز و بسته شدن به انواع مختلفی تقسیم می شوند:
- باز و بسته شدن با چرخش به طرفین
- اتصال دو قطعه به وسیله رزوه

باز و بسته شدن به واسطه گوشواره های قرار گرفته در دو طرف کوپلینگ از این میان کوپلینگ های گوشواره ای به جهت طراحی خاص و قابلیت باز و بسته شدن سریع و آسان و همچنین آب بندی شیلنگ بطور کامل و جلوگیری از هرگونه نشتی، کاربردهای فراوانی در صنایع گوناگون دارند. این نوع از کوپلینگ ها قابل استفاده در شیلنگ های باد، مواد شیمیایی، شیلنگ های آب، شیلنگ های مواد غذایی و … می باشند.

کوپلینگ های ثابت 3 دسته اند:
- کوپلینگ هایی که به صورت چپ گرد یا راست گرد باز و بسته می شوند.
- کوپلینگ هایی که دو سر رزوه هستند و یکی چپ گرد و دیگری راست گرد است.
- کوپلینگ گوشواره ای استیل توسط گوشواره ها طرفین خود باز و بسته می شوند.

کوپلینگ متحرک:
کوپلینگ های متحرک نیز یا از استنلس استیل و یا از کربن استیل تولید می شوند و موتور به گیربکس، الکتروموتور به دینام و ... از این دسته اتصالات مکانیکی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. کوپلینگ گوشواره ای استیل نیز از دسته اتصالات مکانیک می باشد اما به دلیل اینکه برخی قطعات و نقشه های لوله کشی نیاز به تغییرات و سرویس های دوره ای دارند به جهت بالا بردن سرعت باز و بسته کردن کوپلینگ از کوپلینگ گوشواره ای استفاده می شود.

• Stainless Steel Camlock fitting Coupler Type Е 

  Stainless steel camlock coupler Type E – male coupler with a hose connector, can fit into any female camlock fitting of the same size including Type  B, C , D and DC (Dust Plug). Quick hose camlock couplings can connect/disconnect hose to tanks, pumps or other equipment in a faster way in contrast with conventional fitting such as threads and flanges.

  Owing to its excellent corrosive resistance, high temperature ability and sanitary features, stainless steel camlock fittings are often used in food processing and harsh working environments. Stainless steel couplings will not act with seawater, coolants, fuels and foods in liquid or powder status. Available in 1/2" to 4. Type E couplers are interchangeable except 1/2" which has no international specifications.

  Camlock Couplings are in fact, a means of quick engaging of disengaging a hose connection from a system requiring transfer of fluid or gas. The Camlock Couplings type E consist of a coupler with cam arms and a slip in adaptor. In order to connect the arm of the coupler in Camlock Couplings type E, it needs to be lifted and the adaptor slipped into the coupler. Handle are then pressed down with normal hand pressure for a leak proof connection.​
