GUNK Engine Degreaser ORIGINAL

ENGINE DEGREASER ORIGINAL Clean engines run cooler, look better & last longer! GUNK® Original degreasing formula for cars, trucks, power mowers, marine, heavy-duty rigs, farm equipment and tractors as well as industrial machinery. Clean your engine with GUNK® Original and then protect it with GUNK® Shine. BENEFITS: Removes tough grease and oil build-up ● For hardworking, leaky engines ● Rinses clean with water DIRECTIONS: Do not start you engine after you have applied GUNK® Original until entire engine is properly rinsed. Rinsing is necessary to properly clean engine and to avoid potential fire hazard. SAFEGUARD OUR ENVIRONMENT. USE THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF RINSE WATER NECESSARY AND SEE DISPOSAL STATEMENT BELOW. 1. Engine must be off and cool. 2. Care must be taken with all underhood wiring and electronic sensors or components. Cover any open carburetor or intake system openings. Cover exposed electrical and electronic components (uncovered cracked, frayed wires or engine computer units can short circuit). 3. Shake well and apply generously to dry engine. Make sure to cover all dirty and greasy surface areas with GUNK® Original. Wipe overspray from exterior body surfaces with a wet cloth quickly to avoid de-waxing or streaking paint. 4. Allow GUNK® Original to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush unusually heavy deposits to break up grease and dirt. 5. Rinse all areas with a fine stream of water from top down. Minimize rinse water in areas that can cause performance problems (electronics & intakes). 6. When complete, remove added coverings and replace any removed parts. Start engine and idle 15 minutes to assure complete drying. Avoid use of GUNK® Original on tile, asphalt, black top, or other surfaces affected by petroleum solvents. STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL: Do not expose to heat, sparks, or open flame. Do not store at temperatures above 120°F (49°C). Do not puncture or incinerate container. Do not expose container to electrical connections or battery terminals as this may cause the container to rupture and result in serious injury. Do not apply to energized electrical equipment. Use only in a well ventilated area with a good flow of fresh air. Dispose of oily rags in an airtight container to reduce the risk of fire. The residue resulting from the removal of oils and greases may be considered a hazardous waste depending upon where and how generated. Contact local authorities for best way to dispose of waste. Do not dispose of contaminated rinse water into watercourses, storm sewers, or onto the ground. Proper disposal includes collecting and evaporating rinse water and/or recycling and disposal of all residues and the empty container in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. DANGER: Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Deliberately inhaling concentrated vapors can be harmful or fatal. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. FIRST AID: EYE CONTACT: Flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes while lifting eyelids and get prompt medical attention. SKIN CONTACT: Wash with soap and water. If irritation develops, get prompt medical attention. INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult, get prompt medical attention. INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Call Poison Control Center, Physician or Hospital Emergency Room immediately. DOES NOT COMPLY WITH CALIFORNIA’S VOC REQUIREMENTS. NOT FOR SALE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OR OTHER STATES THAT COMPLY WITH CALIFORNIA’S VOC LIMITS.
