Greatork Actuator On-Off Range Specification（AVA）

• With 1 valve position sensor, 4 indicator relays, torque sensor, the user can set up the stroke end and torque.
• Current rating for switches: 5A-250V. AC/5 A-30V DC.
• Torque switch shall be graduated directly in rated torque percentage; it is easy and precise to set up the open degree.
• Drive Motor Suitable for 3P 400V±10%.50Hz±5%.combined variation±10%AC power supply.

H Class insulated. One Nos Thermoswitches embedded of stator winding for protection against burnout.

Duty rating as follows:

S2 15 min. suitable for 60 starts/stops per hr.

• Handwheel for emergency manual operation, which automatically disengages as soon as motor power operation resumes.
• High-definition liquid crystal position indicator for local indication as percentage of full travel.
• Valve position feedback: 4-20mA directly output current
• The motor include protection against single phasing or incorrect phase rotation and protection against overheating by a thermostat in the motor winding.
• The actuator have an integral motor starter, local control and lamp indication and has phase discrimination function.
• Three Cable Glands with adaptor can be: power cable (ISO M25 x 1.5), control cable (ISO M20 x 1.5), and remote signal cable (ISO M20 x 1.5).

• Suitable for ambient temperature for -30℃ to 70℃
• Enclosure of Actuator: IP68
• The actuator terminal box is double sealed such that when the terminal box cover is removed, the remaining electrical components are still protected by the watertight enclosure.
• Padlockabel Remote/Stop/Local selector switch.
• All switches & motor connections are internally wired & brought out to a common screw type terminal.
• The actuator have Controls with the following:
  • Input command signals(potential free): OPEN-STOP-CLOSE with 24V DC
  • Monitor relay (output signal) for collective fault signal ( potential free)
  • Remote /Local fault annunciation
  • Programmable Control Logic
  • Reversing contactors (Electrically and mechanically interlocked)
