HTLP60-3LPE Sleeve up to 65°C
Covalence HTLP60 is a wrap around heat shrinkable sleeve which replicates the structure and performance of mill-applied three layer PE coating.HTLP 60 is used for the corrosion protection of Girth weld Joints for Water, Oil and Gas Pipelines operating upto 65°C (149° F)
It consists of
First Layer: Solvent free two component Liquid Epoxy
Second Layer: High shear strength copolymer adhesive
Third Layer: Radiation cross-linked, high density polyethylene with PCI - Permanent Change Indicator
Applications:
- Girthweld Joints of Water,Oil and Gas Pipelines with Operating temperature up to 65° C (149° F)
- Compatible with all commonly used pipe coatings, including, PE,Coal tar Enamel,Coal Tar Epoxy,Fusion- Bonded Epoxy
