Quick size changeover by centralized handles.Maximum capacity up to 35/43 trays/min.(According to the format sizes and type of carton). Machine completely driven by PLC (or Servo Motor) and control panel for quick changeover and glue lines. Blank pick up from horizontal magazine by means of vacuum cups.Continuos pre-folding side flaps by pre-folding system.Glue lines spreading.Guided downward tray forming inside the hopper section through forming plate driven by inverter.Tray forming inside the hopper and flaps folding through pneumatic cilynders.In line or side finished tray output with belt conveyor or Stacker.
