Product Description 3M Scotch® Linerless Rubber Splicing Tape 130C is a black, 30-mil (0.76 mm) thick, premium
grade rubber splicing tape composed of a self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR)
backing with fusible adhesive interlayer.
 Commonly used as primary insulation for cable splice and termination applications up to
69kV (ASTM D4388, Type III)
 Compatible with common solid dielectric cable insulations
 Operating Temperature Rated to 194°F (90°C), Emergency Overload Rating to 266°F (130°C)
 Halogen free per International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61249-2-21 standard
