این ژلها فقط برای پیشگیری ، بازسازی و ترمیم رینگ و سیلندر مورد نظر بدون باز کردن موتور استفاده می شود و با ایجاد لایه متالو سرام بر روی سطوح سایشی رینگ و سیلندر باعث بازسازی و بازگرداندن شکل هندسی اولیه سیلندر خواهد شد که در نتیجه حالت بیضوی موتور برطرف شده و قطر داخلی سیلندر کم می شود. جهت بالا بردن راندمان تعمیر اساسی و بهبود وضعیت موتور می توان حتی زمانی که موتور تعمیر اساسی شده قبل از بستن موتور کلیه سطوح سایشی موتور را (سیلندرها ، رینگ ها ، سوپاپها و …) با این ژل آغشته نمود.

دستورالعمل مصرف:

• موتور را استارت زده و چند دقیقه روشن نگاه دارید تا گرم شود.
• موتور را خاموش کنید سپس وایرها را جدا کرده و ارتباط میان کویل و دلکو را قطع کنید.
• شمع سیلندر مورد نظر را باز کنید.
• در مورد موتورهای انژکتوری باید لوله های سوخت باز شده و انژکتور مورد نظر باز شود.
• پیستون را در نقطه مرگ بالا قرار دهید.
• ژل را با 15 تا 20 میلی لیتر روغن گرم شده مخلوط نموده و به کمک سرنگ و یک لوله پلاستیکی بین جداره رینگ و سیلندر ترزیق کنید.
• ژل را حتما روی دیواره سیلندر تزریق کنید.
• پس از ترزیق پیستونها را 15 تا 20 مرتبه به حرکت در آورید.
• وایر را متصل کرده 3 تا 4 بار استارت بزنید و هر بار به مدت 3 تا 4 ثانیه استارت را نگه دارید. بین هر استارت 15 تا 20 ثانیه مکث کنید.
• کابل کویل را متصل و موتور را روشن نموده تا دقیقه در جا کار کند.
• بصورت معمول رانندگی کنید.

توجه: قبل از تزریق ژل قسمتهای سر سیلندر و اطراف شمع ها و انژکتورها را تمیز کرده و شستشو دهید.

XADO GEL-REVITALIZANT for Cylinder

XADO Gel-Revitalizant for Cylinder is designed for restoring repair and wear protection of the gasoline and diesel engine cylinder-piston group without disassembling.

The gel forms a new cermet coating on friction surfaces (the parts grow in volume and restore its original geometry). After XADO revitalization the cylinder geometry restores, the inner diameter reduces, ellipse deformation of cylinders disappears preventing expensive overhaul. As a result a renovated unit by its running quality will exceed the performance level and will serve you from 2 up to 4 times longer.

Application:

Step 1: Warm up the engine (the engine should be warm, but not hot).
Step 2: Remove the spark-plug from the cylinder and disconnect the central wire of ignition distributor and igniter.
Step 3: For two-stroke engines fix the piston in the upper “dead” spot (in order to avoid getting the gel into the inlet and outlet windows).
Step 4: Squeeze out the tube content into the cylinder.
Note! Squeeze the content into the cylinder wall and not on the piston!!!
Step 5: Perform 15-20 piston strokes (by hand crank, towing, turning of a driving wheel etc.).
Step 6: Screw in the spark-plug and start the starter 3-4 times for 3-4 sec with the time break of 15-20 sec.
Step 7: For two-stroke engines the content of one more tube should be dissolved in 5 – 10 mi of motor oil and added into the fuel tank.
Step 8: Connect the central transmission, igniter; start the engine and operate at idle run for 15 min.
Step 9: Operate in a normal mode.

 Dosage:

1 cylinder – 1 tube  

Note!

• Use medical syringe with a plastic tube in hard-to-reach places. In this case the gel should be dissolved in 5 – 10 ml of motor oil. In order to avoid hydroblow the total volume of the fluid added into cylinder must not exceed 20 ml!
• At diagnostics always check the adjustment and accuracy of the valve mechanism!
