VAP 700 & VAP2 700, 900, 1200: This vibrating sieve is offered in multiple sizes with one or two motors to power it; it has been specifically designed for the separation of very fine atomised powder or spray-dried powder at the press supply stage.

 VAP2 700, VAP2 900, VAP2 1200 vibrating screens are manufactured in various sizes, this model comes in a single deck configuration and is suitable for use with dry powders as well as liquids.

Its specially designed shape guarantees vertical compactness and is particularly efficient in separating micronized products or colorants at a high capacity so that they do not form screening “tails” or lumps. The vibration machines feature a central inlet and a central outlet with twin motors, one motor mounted on each side of the machine.

The design allows for a large diameter sieve screen to be installed within limited headroom, often in an existing process line.
