تسمه های رابر

تسمه های تایمینگ رابر (نخی) معمولا از ترکیبات کائوچو تولید می شوند. انواع دنده های این نوع تسمه ی تایمینگ از تنوع زیادی برخوردار است و این یکی از ویژگی هایی است که این نوع تسمه تایمینگ را در صنایع مختلف و متعدد ، بسیار کاربردی کرده است. این تسمه ها، به صورت یک طرف دنده و همچنین دو طرف دنده تولید و مورد مصرف واقع می شوند. این نوع تسمه های تایمینگ معمولا در دمای بین ۳۰ تا ۸۰ درجه سلسیوس مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد

اما چرا این نوع تسمه تایمینگ کاربرد بسیاری در صنایع دارد؟

در یک دسته بندی کلی، دنده های تسمه های تایمینگ رابر را میتوان به سه گروه دسته بندی کرد:

تسمه های تایمینگ دو طرف دنده

اولین گروه یعنی تسمه های تایمینگ دنده گرد انواع مختلفی دارد و مشخصه اصلی آنها حرف انگلیسی M میباشد اما با اینحال ممکن است با دیگر کلمات و مشخصه های دیگری از قبیل STD،S،HTD،RPP رو به رو شوید.S  و STD به معنای ذوذنقه شکل بودن گام های این نوع تسمه های تایمینگ میباشد.

انواع دنده های تسمه های تایمینگ رابر به صورت زیر میابشند.      

تسمه تایمینگ دنده گرد از نوع HTD این نوع دنده ها کاملا گرد میباشند و برخی اوقات با حرف M و HTD نشان داده میشوند.

تسمه تایمینگ دنده گرد از نوع RPP به دنده های این نوع تسمه ها، خط دار هم گفته میشود.

این خط ها در وسط گام های تسمه های تایمینگ دنده گرد قرار دارد و برای جریان بهتر هوا در هنگام قرار گرفتن در پولی میباشند.

تسمه تایم رابر (تسمه تایم کنفی) معمولا از ترکیبات کائوچو یا پلی اورتان با گام ها و دنده های متفاوت به صورت یک طرف دنده و دوطرف دنده با روکش های متفاوت تولید می شوند.

انواع تسمه تایم دنده گرد ‎و کاربرد آن :

تسمه تایم دنده گرد : 2M – 3M – 4.5M – 5M – 8M – 14M – 20M این خانواده از تسمه تایم دنده گرد را (HTD) می نامند و در جاهایی که دستگاه با دور بالا کار می کند از این تسمه تایم دنده گرد استفاده می شود .

تسمه تایم دنده تخت گام تسمه تایمینگ دنده تخت : MXL – XL – L – H – XH – XXH این نوع تسمه تایمینگ دنده تخت است و در جایی که دستگاه با قدرت بالا کار می کند مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد .

تسمه تایم دوطرف دنده گام تسمه تایم دوطرف دنده : DXL – DL – DH – D5M – D8M – D14M کاربرد این نوع تسمه تایمینگ در جاهایی می باشد که لازم است یک تسمه تایمینگ چند فولی را هم زمان به گردش در آورد .

تسمه تایم دنده گرد ماننـد زنجیر و چرخ دنـده عمـل می کند و دنده های تسـمه تایم دنده گرد درگـیری مناسـبی با شــیارهای چـرخ دنده ایـجاد می کنـد و در ماشـین آلات کاشـی و سـرامیک، چاپ و بسـته بنـدی ، نـفت و پتروشیمی، مواد غذایی و… به کار می رود. تسمه تایم دنده گرد در خودرو ها و در صنایع اسـتفاده شایانی دارند.

معمولا تسمه V شکل دنده‌ای در برابر حرارت و روغن و الکتریسیته ساکن مقاوم بوده و به صورت قالبی تولید می گردد. تفاوت اصلی تسمه V شکل دنده‌ای و ساده این است که تسمه های وی شکل دنده دار قابلیت قرار گیری دور پولی های کوچک را دارد و باعث می شود تسمه به خوبی به فولی چنگ بزند و چسبندگی بیشتری دارد. تسمه V شکل دنده‌ای منعطف بوده و دارای عمربیشتر و حرکت کمتر می باشند.

تسمه تایم دنده تخت

طول تسمه تایم دنده تخت غیر قابل تغییر می باشند و تعداد دنده های تسمه مشخص و فابریک می باشد ولی عرض این تسمه ها بر اساس عرض فولی مربوطه برش داده می شود. شکل دنده تسمه تایم دنده تخت نیز بر اساس کدهای استاندارد موجود، مختلف میباشد و هر کدام از تیپ دنده ها دارای گامهای مختلفی می باشند.

تسمه تایم دنده تخت‎ صنعتی همانند:

XL , L , H , XH , XXH , T5 , T10 , T20 , AT5 , AT10 , AT20

ایـن نـوع تسـمه تایـم هایی که در بالا ذکر ـشد ، دنـده های تـخت دارنـد و گاهـا” با روکــش ضد سـایش در صـنایع کاشـی یا چاپ و بسـته بندی استفاده می شوند.

از آنجا که لاستیک و متریال بکار رفته در ساختمان تسمه تایم دنده تخت در اثر حرارت تولید شده به مرور زمان دچار استحلاک میشوند تسمه تایم دنده تخت بصورت دوره ای نیاز به تعویض پیدا می کنند.این امر در مورد موتورهایی که نشت روغن دارند و احتمال تماس روغن با تسمه تایمینگ بالاست می بایست در مدت زمان کوتاهتری صورت پذیرد.

البته برخی از تسمه تایم دنده تخت صنعتی مدرن از ترکیباتی که در مقابل حرارت بالا مقاومت دارند مانند نیتریل غنی شده تولید میشوند اما قیمت آنها بسیار بالا می باشد.طول عمر تسمه تایم دنده تخت توسط تولید کنندگان آن بر حسب مدت زمان کاری و یا فاصله حرکتی تعیین میشود.

عدم تعویض به موقع این تسمه ها با توجه به نقش بسیار حساسی که در تنظیم و هماهنگی عملکرد قطعات دیگر موتور دارد میتواند سبب ضررهای بسیار سنگین، قفل و یا شکستن دیگر اجزای موتور گردد.در اغلب موارد فولی نیز همزمان با تسمه تایم دنده تخت تعویض میشود.در صورت عدم تعویض به موقع تسمه تایم دنده تخت صنعتی معمولا ابتدا دندانه های داخلی خورده شده و بعد تسمه بصورت کلی شل شده و با افزایش طول مواجه میشود که در هر دو حال در انجام وظیفه اصلی خود دچار مشکل خواهد شد.

تسمه تایم پی یو PU

تسمه تایم پی یو PU از نظر ظاهری و عملکرد شبیه به تسمه PVC است فقط تفاوت آن در مواد تولیدی است که در نوع PVC از مواد پی وی سی تولید می شود و در تسمه پلی اورتان از پلی اورتان تولید می شود. تسمه تایم پی یو PU نیز در جحرارت دمای پایین نیز مقاوم بوده و از این نظر نسبت به تسمه PVC نیز مقاوم تر است. تسمه تایم پی یو PU یا پلی اورتان بیشتر در ضخامت های 0.8، 1 ، 1.2 ، 1.5 ، 2 میلیمتر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.

پلی اورتان بکار رفته در تسمه تایم پی یو PU باعث مقاومت بیشتر سطح تسمه نقاله در مقابل انواع چربی، گریس، روغن و همچنین مواد شیمیایی شده است. تسمه تایم پی یو PU پلی اورتان به دلیل مقاومت بهتر در دماهای پایین نسبت به تسمه نقاله PVC ، مناسب جهت تونل هوای سرد و خطوط خنک کننده مواد غذایی همچون شیرینی و شکلات میباشد.
