گریندومتر
از گریندومتر برای نشان دادن وجود ذرات ریز یا درشت  در رنگ استفاده می شود. در این روش اندازه ذرات یا توزیع اندازه ذرات را تعیین نمی شود و تعیین ذرات ریز امکان پذیر است.

این محصول در مدل های مختلف با تفاوت در رنج دانه بندی ، یک شیاره یا دو شیاره و سایز عرضه می گردد.

Product Description
Product Introduction
The product is made of stainless steel (molybdenum vanadium), which is designated by the state.
It is used to measure the size and dispersion degree of pigments and impurities in paints, paints, inks and other liquids and slurry,
so as to control the quality of dispersed products in production, storage and application.

Operation method：
1.Pour the test material into the bottom of the Grind fineness Gauge Gage.
2.Select the appropriate angle of the doctor blade and press it longitudinally to the fineness plate at a steady speed.
3.Sufficient downward pressure should be applied on the blade to clean the surface of abrasive particles while filling the groove with particles.
4. By observing the fineness plate, write down the determined grinding fineness immediately.
5. When the material in the groove shows significant spots again, note the scale number of particles between 5 and 10 in the 3mm wide groove.
6. Clean the fineness plate immediately after using.
