عایق ایزوولتا VOLTAFLEX® F 6642

VOLTAFLEX® F 6642 is made of polyester film covered on both sides with TNT (non-woven fabric), impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin, that guarantees resistance to aging. It's possible to obtain a wide range of laminated materials by changing the thickness of the polyester film.
Maximum working temperature: 155°C (IEC 60626) – F dielectric class limit
155°C (UL 1446) - F dielectric class limit
Minimum working temperature: resin -60°C / Polyester film -60°C
Insulating paper suitable for transformers insulation, it can be used into the motor's slots and in all those electrical applications that require:
excellent electric insulation – excellent mechanical resistance – excellent thermal resistance.

Availability: rolls 1000 mm in width, slit rolls starting from 7 mm in height, inner diameter 76 mm

Color: white or pink

Processing are carried out both on insulating papers normally available in stock, and on other insulation papers on customer request.
Any type of insulating paper can be supplied as follows:
- Whole original rolls or unpacked rolls
- Rolls cut to the width required by the customer
- Edged rolls
- Fringed rolls
- Customized processing is carried out under specific customer request (e.g.: moulded, die cut...)
