I. Overview

The engine coolant foam tendency tester is designed in accordance with the requirements of the Petrochemical Industry Standard of the People’s Republic of China SH/T0066 “Engine Coolant Foam Determination Method”, which is suitable for determining diluted or concentrated engine coolant liquid foam.

The device consists of a glass tank water bath, an electric control box, an electric heater, an intelligent digital temperature controller, a single-chip timer, two 500ml heat-resistant glass graduated cylinders, two gas flow meters and two sets of gas diffusion heads. The design and specifications of the device comply with ASTM D1881 standard requirements.
