HIGH PERFORMANCE DOUBLE AND TRIPPLE OFFSET BUTTERFLY VALVES

The METAL POWER butterfl y valve, has been designed to support extreme operation conditions, either of temperatures or pressures, in the fi eld of fl uids interception and control as well as in the applications with corrosive media

The main feature of this valve is the sealing, consisting in a lamellar ring package mounted on the disc (in the standard version) and held by a bolted shut-off ring. The lamellar ring is made of metal rings intercalated with sealing material(graphoil, AFM, or similar). Such a structure makes it resilient enough to optimize the contact against the seat

that’s also made easier by the fact that the lamellar ring is positioned on the disc, in a proper house with wide rooms allowing its self-centering and adaptation to the seat

The METAL POWER serie is designed and manufactured according to API 609, ISO 5752, B16.10 rules and can

replace in every moment any valves already installed on the line (with a very simple installation)

The compactness and lightness represent other advantages of our butterfly valves

- Rating: from ANSI 150 to ANSI 600
