The VT turbine vibrator consists of an aluminum turbine with integrated lead weights. The turbine’s special blade-shaped profile generates high frequencies and large amplitudes of vibration. As the frequency can be infinitely varied by means of pressure regulation, the VT turbine vibrator offers a broad vibration spectrum, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. High-quality grooved ball bearings are lubricated for life and require no maintenance.

The VT turbine vibrator works in any mounting position. At around 70 dBA, it is one of the quietest pneumatic vibrators on the market. Dry, clean, oil-free compressed air is required for long, trouble-free operation.

The VT turbine vibrator can be coupled with aVTC quick-attach systemor with a hopper vibrator support. It can be installed on hoppers, containers and small silos for emptying or wall cleaning. The VT turbine vibrator is also available in a high-temperature version, so don’t hesitate to ask us.
