The MCP 545X manual call points are designed for manual fire alarm (type A according to EN 54-11, p. 3.4.1 type A: direct operation - a manual fire detector in which the alarm state changes automatically (i.e., no further manual action is required) when the fragile element is broken or moved).

The MCP 545X-3 detector is designed for installation on a flat surface outdoors. The housing has a protection class of IP67. The cable can be entered from above or below through M20 cable glands. The rear part of the housing is fixed to the surface with screws.

The detector is equipped with short-circuit isolators and a red alarm LED. The alarm is transmitted to the fire alarm station when the glass is broken or the PS210 plastic panel is recessed (ordered separately). The fire alarm remains active until the glass is replaced or the plastic panel is returned to its original state.

MCP 545X detectors can be included in the ring loops of fire alarm stations that support Integral X-LINE technology.
Detectors can be tested using a test key included in the delivery set of each detector.
